The Colesta Trust

The Colesta Trust is a fully discretionary irrevocable trust governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. The Trust was established on behalf of Désiré Collen (“Economic Settlor”) in December 2003, when he was a non-domiciled resident of the UK.

The assets of the Colesta Trust are mainly derived from royalty income of Désiré Collen during 1989-1997, which has been fully declared and taxed in Belgium.

DCS/DCF is a discretionary beneficiary of the Colesta Trust.
