In the extraordinary general assembly of the shareholders of ANPECH BM of 7 April 2023, it was decided to donate €350,000 to DCS for the renovation of Huyze Verstraete.
On 4 June 2024, this donation was converted to 804 ANPECH BM shares (at the book value of €435/share on 31 December 2023).
